MASTERMIND FOR LEADERS:
LEADING TEAM IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
Navigating the leadership landscape in a foreign country presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities, particularly for expats in leadership roles.
The Mastermind for Leaders is designed specifically to address these complexities, offering a supportive and understanding community where expat leaders can share insights, gain new perspectives, and learn from the collective wisdom of peers facing similar situations.
This platform not only bridges the gap between diverse cultures and business practices but also fosters a sense of belonging and mutual growth among leaders striving to make a significant impact in the Czech Republic.
BECOME PART OF THE GROUP OF BUSINESS OWNERS AND DIRECTORS
Once a month, we meet to share our experiences, give advice, and support each other. Even though each of us operates in a different field, we encounter similar problems, experience similar situations, and make similar decisions. We can offer each other advice or assistance.
At our meetings, business opportunities, new ideas, and friendships are born.
MASTERMIND
Envision 10 individuals, each with at least a decade of experience from a diverse range of sectors, coming together around a single table to establish a mastermind group. They make their collective experiences, viewpoints, and expertise available to one another. In that instant, every member of the group gains access to a centenary reservoir of wisdom to tap into.
GAIN INSIGHTS YOU WILL TREASURE
In the group, we regularly meet with the same people, and this familiarity allows us to know each other well. You can ask group members for their opinion, request feedback on a new project, or seek advice on the next steps.
Mastermind thus helps you advance far more rapidly in your endeavours. We support each other in our businesses, share our contacts, interesting insights, and resources.
RULES FOR ADMITTING NEW MEMBERS
The prerequisite for membership is that you own or manage a business in the capacity as a CEO. Refusal of membership may vary, for instance, a competitive relationship with an existing member or reputation concerns.
Attendance at the first meeting is always complimentary. Come and see for yourself how the company of others, the environment, and topics suit you.
.MEMBERSHIP IS A COMMITMENT
Your first visit to the group is complimentary. If you decide to become a member, you will be asked to purchase a membership package.
Your membership is a commitment to the group. The group operates effectively when participants regularly meet each month. Frequent absences of members weaken the group. If you become a member, we hope you will attend all of the group meetings.
